- 4A: CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION #187-19-000071-PLNG – 209 Merchant Street. The applicants are proposed to convert an existing single-family dwelling to a Vacation rental.
- 4B: SITE PLAN REVIEW / VARIANCE #187-19-000058-PLNG – 755 S 7th Street. The School District is proposing to replace existing “Harding Learning Center” with a new three-story, 50,000 square foot “Marshfield Junior High”, with a request for a Variance to the height standard.
