Due to the intensity of the rainfall Friday, the City of Coos Bay’s sanitary sewer lines became hydraulically overloaded causing 2,870 gallons of sewage to overflow from a manhole near S. Broadway and Golden Avenue, according to city officials. (KCBY.com, Feb. 6, 2015)
