Great Turnout for Disc Golf Tournament May 11, 2022
As part of the South Coast Culture Tour, Oregon Rides partnered with the City of Coos Bay and the City of Bandon to hold a two-day disc golf tournament this past weekend at John Topits Park in Coos Bay and Bandon City Park in Bandon.
The tournament hosted a total of 86 players of all skill levels and was enjoyed by the participants. John Topits Park remained opened throughout the tournament. Spectators and City staff were onsite to witness some amazing skills as discs were placed with precision. There was a hole-in-one competition that saw the prize split five ways by players who have honed their skill to master that feat.
The City of Coos Bay would like to thank Oregon Rides for a successful event and look forward to other opportunities in the future.
