Tree Board Meeting October 01, 2015 at 4:00 pm
Call to Order – Roll Call – Approve July 9th Minutes
Citizen Input / Public Comment – **Public comments limited to 10 minutes.
OLD BUSINESS –
- Updated: Contact to be made with owner re: 342 S Marple and rotten tree breaking apart. Needed to verify if in ROW. **Skip with Trees Inc. is willing to remove the tree with the City or property owner to remove the debris. Jon will make contact with Don Garnett with Trees Inc. to make arrangements.
New Business –
- Naming a new chairman - Only two have responded that would be interested:
- Cora Vandervelden
- Skip Shipman
- Amending Tree Board Ordinance #181- The proposed amendments are limited to the “Tree Board – Composition and Procedures” section of the ordinance.

09/03/15 - 376 10TH Ave – Charles Turner – Center of road on 10th Ave, Laurel hedge and other plants are endangering service drop. Jon’s staff review – Laurel hedge is to be maintained by abutting property owner as needed. Property owner was notified 13:03 9/10/15
