Call to Order – Roll Call – Approval of the September 4th Minutes
Citizen Input / Public Comment –
OLD BUSINESS
- 1312 12TH Terrace – Phil Marler – SW Corner of property, Patrick Myers for the owner, will be falling 2 Alders on private property and they will hang up in these myrtle trees. **Staff reviewed and work was to be performed 10/03/14. Application was denied and Patrick Myers was notified 9/26/14.
- 1416 D St – Appealed request to remove. Re-evaluate
NEW BUSINESS
Request for Removal –
- 650 Anderson – City of Coos Bay. Tree has been hit multiple times by trucks. The tree also has lifted sidewalk 4 to 5 inches. The City would like to remove the tree and replace with approved species. They will also repair sidewalk.
- 1010 Hemlock – Roy & Christine Rickman – eastside of 10th (south of Hemlock Ave) request thinning and limbing of trees in ROW to permit wind variance and view of bay (10th & Hemlock)
