- 4A: Site Plan Review #187-19-081-PLNG – 3505 Ocean Blvd. - Two-story addition as a support structure to an existing ambulance service operation. The proposed addition will provide 9,400 square feet for office, light storage, and indoor parking garage uses.
- 4B: Cultural Resource #187-20-003 – 375 Central Avenue. - Proposed façade improvements and alterations on building on the National Registry of Historic Places.
