- Please welcome newly appointed members to the Parks Commission. The new members are City Councilman, Thomas Leahy and Mr. Ralph Mohr.
4. Old Business –
- License Application for the Marshfield Pioneer Cemetery has been submitted
- Letter of Approval was given to Mr. Hynes for the fitness equipment for John Topits Park
5. CIP Project Updates –
a) Mingus Park
- Mingus Pool: Rehabilitation of mechanical room and resurface pool tank (OPRD Local Grant)
- Mingus Park: Playground & Restroom Rehabilitation (LWCF Grant)
b) City Docks / Boardwalk
- Rehabilitation of existing facility (ODFW Grant)
c) Hull Dog Park:
- Grub & Clearing (Forestry Contract)
d) Empire Lakes:
- Installation of two Bridges 1 - 150’ Foot Bridge, and 1 – 50’ Foot Bridge, 6- Bridge abutment (RTP Grant, ORPD)
- Install 6 outdoor exercise stations (General Fund)
