CBDA Director Steps Down in July May 22, 2017

Saying Farewell to a Community Partner

In July, Elizabeth-Claire “EC” Knox will be stepping down as Executive Director of the Coos Bay Downtown Association (CBDA). Knox was hired in early 2016 to lead the CBDA in fostering the development of Downtown Coos Bay. This summer, Knox will be relocating to Huntsville, Alabama to reside with family while her husband is deployed to the Middle East with the United States Coast Guard.

The CBDA will be seeking a new Executive Director. Applicants must possess a passion for small business development, believe in the strengths of this community, and have the skills to help Downtown Coos Bay flourish.

Candidates should also be prepared to present a 6-month business plan and their vision of Downtown Coos Bay should they be selected for the interview process.
