Tree Board Work Session January 29, 2016 at 12:00 pm

1. Call to Order – Roll Call – Approve Minutes of December 17, 2015
2. Citizen Input / Public Comment – **Public comments limited to 10 minutes.
3. New Business
   • Creation of an Urban Forestry Plan
     • Zone #1-Downtown & Empire commercial area
     • Zone #2 was ROW 
     • Zone #3 was Park property.  
   • The Urban Forestry Plan to include the following components once completed:  
     • 1) zone maps, 
     • 2) tree inventory, 
     • 3) tree assessment, 
     • 4) species distribution & plant selection, 
     • 5) maintenance, and 
     • 6) planting specifications.
