OLD BUSINESS –
**Update for 1010 Hemlock – Roy & Christine Rickman – eastside of 10th (north of Hemlock Ave) request thinning and limbing of trees in ROW to permit wind variance and view of bay (10th & Hemlock). Letter sent out to property owner on December 16th as the City Manager brought to our attention that the property owner is asking for the height of the Laurel hedge brought down to 6ft. The hedge is on the regular rotation schedule for the streets and maintenance program. No further action.
