1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Approval of Planning Commission minutes of November 12, 2014.

3. ADMINISTRATIVE: Work session to review the proposed rewrite of the Coos Bay Development Code (CBMC, Title 17).
SECTION 3 – LAND DIVISION AND DEVELOPMENT outlines the process for all land use actions. Changing all review types to a Type I, II, III, or IV review process with all submittal requirements being the same for the individual review types.
