1. Call to Order – Roll Call – Approval of October 16, 2014 Minutes
2. Citizen Input / Public Comment – This is an opportunity for members of the audience to bring to the Parks Commission’s attention, any items not otherwise listed on the agenda. Comments will be limited to 3 minutes per person with a maximum time of 15 minutes for all items.

· Presentation of Proposed Streetscapes for Broadway & Bayshore
· Conceptual Plan of the Empire Blvd Project
· Removing language from the Parks Master Plan re Marshfield Pioneer Cemetery and the use and placement of all commemorative plaques (see page 68 of 89). Identifying a suitable location.

· State Licensing of Marshfield Pioneer Cemetery
- Process of resolving the deed
- Procedure of licensing and regulations by the Oregon Mortuary and Cemetery Board
- Making a recommendation to Council
