ITEM A: Variance #187-ZON14-011. The applicant is requesting approval of a variance to the seven (7) foot setback requirement for a three-story structure in the Single-Family and Duplex Residential (R-2) zoning district. A 2.6 foot x 9 foot "Tip-Out" on the second and third floors extend into the required 7-foot setback area as described above.
